Cookie policy
Version: 2026-04-29. This document is effective from April 29, 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored in the user's browser. Allegro Automate uses cookies and similar local storage mechanisms only to the extent needed for application operation, security, and session maintenance.
2. Essential cookies
The application uses the essential session cookie `allegro-automate-session`, which keeps the user logged in, supports system messages, and protects forms against unauthorized use. The cookie is set as HTTP-only and, in production, as secure. Without this cookie, logging in and performing panel operations will not work.
3. Language preferences
The selected interface language is stored in the application session. This lets the user switch language without losing work context. This information is technically connected with the session cookie.
4. Diagnostics and Sentry
If browser-side Sentry is enabled in a given deployment, the application may send diagnostic error data to Sentry. Allegro Automate does not use this data for advertising, marketing profiling, or tracking the user across services.
5. No marketing cookies
The application does not use advertising, marketing, or analytics cookies intended to track user behavior outside the Allegro Automate panel.
6. Managing cookies
The user may delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent logging in, maintaining the session, and performing operations in the application.
7. Changes to the cookie policy
A new version of the cookie policy is published in the application. If cookie use changes materially, the application may ask the user to confirm again that they have read the document.
