Terms of service
Version: 2026-04-29. This document is effective from April 29, 2026.
1. Service provider and contact
Allegro Automate is provided by Przemyslaw Lapinski. Contact for matters related to the service, user account, complaints, and legal documents: contact@marketdeck.app.
2. Nature of the service
Allegro Automate is an operations panel for working on your own Allegro account. The application helps load offers, perform bulk price changes, schedule price changes, and create recurring automations using the official Allegro REST API. The service is not an Allegro product and does not replace an Allegro account or any Allegro rules that apply to the user on the Allegro platform.
3. User account
Using the application requires an Allegro Automate account and your own Allegro account connected through OAuth. Each user works only on their own Allegro account, and data and operation history are isolated per user. The user is responsible for the accuracy of registration data, password protection, and actions performed after logging in.
4. Allegro connection
Allegro is connected through the Allegro authorization screen. The application stores access and refresh tokens in encrypted form and uses them only for operations initiated by the user or previously scheduled by the user in the application. The user may disconnect the Allegro account in integration settings.
5. Price operations and limits
One price change operation may cover up to 1000 offers. Before submitting an operation, the user should verify the offer list, operation type, change value, currency, execution time, and marketplace. The application sends operations to Allegro according to current data and API responses, but the user remains responsible for the effects of price changes visible in their offers.
6. Schedules and automations
Scheduled changes and automations are stored in the database and executed by the application's queue mechanism. The user should remove or disable entries that should no longer run. Execution availability may depend on Allegro API operation, OAuth connection validity, external limits, and infrastructure availability.
7. Usage rules
The user may not use the application in a way that violates the law, Allegro rules, third-party rights, service security, or infrastructure stability. Circumventing limits, attempting to access other users' data, automated testing without consent, and sharing access with unauthorized persons are prohibited.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided as a tool supporting operator work. The service provider maintains the application with due care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of delays, or success of every operation dependent on Allegro API or external infrastructure. The user should verify important operations directly in Allegro.
9. Complaints and support
Complaints and technical reports may be sent to contact@marketdeck.app. The report should include the application account email address, problem description, event date, and operation identifier if available.
10. Ending use of the service
The user may stop using the application at any time, disconnect the Allegro account, and request deletion of the application account by email. Account deletion may require retaining some data for the time needed for security, operation accountability, complaints, or legal obligations.
11. Changes to the terms
Changes to the terms are published by making a new document version available in the application. If a change requires renewed user consent, the application may ask for it before further account use.
